By accessing or using the at77 platform at at77.asia, you confirm that you are aged 18 or above, that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the at77 platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and at77.asia ("at77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the at77 website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise engaging with any part of the at77 platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. These Terms apply in conjunction with at77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
at77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2. Eligibility
Use of the at77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. at77 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification via CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document is required prior to withdrawal of funds.
- You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing at77 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of at77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
- You must not have been previously excluded from or suspended by at77 for any reason, including self-exclusion under at77's Responsible Gaming tools.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
at77 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access at77's Services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:
- One account per person. Each individual may hold only one active at77 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. Provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. at77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your username or password.
- You must notify at77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach by contacting support at [email protected].
- KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, at77 requires identity verification in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You will be required to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a current selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- at77 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation at any point to verify account information, source of funds, or identity.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
at77 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. The availability of any specific payment method may change without advance notice.
- All financial transactions on the at77 platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless you elect to transact in USDT TRC20.
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500 via JazzCash or Easypaisa. Minimum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the at77 cashier and may vary by payment method.
- Deposits made via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard banking processing times. at77 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit on the same account, and only after successful KYC verification. at77 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for large withdrawals.
- at77 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account in your own name. at77 may refuse or reverse deposits that appear to originate from a third-party account.
- Suspected fraudulent transactions, including chargebacks or reversed payments, may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of pending balances pending investigation.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
at77 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and reload offers. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer and the following general conditions:
- Bonuses may carry wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x). Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.
- at77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that promotions already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms active at the time of acceptance.
- Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, matched betting strategies using promotions, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or collusion between players — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and permanent account closure.
- at77 reserves the right to exclude specific game categories or individual titles from contribution to wagering requirements. Slot games, live casino games, and table games may contribute differently toward fulfilling wagering obligations. Contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
- Where a deposit bonus has been accepted, any withdrawal requested prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the outstanding bonus balance.
6. Gameplay Rules
All casino games available on the at77 platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The following rules govern gameplay:
- Game outcomes are determined by the game studio's certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical events conducted by professional dealers in a studio environment. at77 has no capacity to influence game outcomes.
- In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the relevant game's technical specifications. at77 is not liable for losses incurred as a direct result of internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
- Game malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a documented technical fault affects a game outcome, at77 will investigate and apply the relevant game studio's resolution protocol. at77's decision in such matters is final.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that you comply with any applicable local laws before participating in any game. at77 does not provide legal advice and expressly disclaims liability arising from your participation in its games in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
7. Sports Betting Rules
at77's sports betting product covers cricket (including PSL, T20I, ODI, and ICC tournaments), football, basketball (NBA), UFC, boxing, and other international sporting events. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the at77 platform:
- All bets are accepted at at77's discretion. at77 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected irregular betting patterns or market integrity concerns.
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. Live in-play odds fluctuate rapidly; the confirmed odds for any in-play bet are those at the moment the bet is registered in at77's system.
- In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settled markets will follow the relevant sport's settlement rules published in at77's Sports Betting Rules addendum, available on request from support.
- Obvious pricing errors — including manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a system, human, or data-feed error — do not constitute valid markets. at77 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and will notify affected players accordingly.
- Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per player. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at the time of bet placement.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the at77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
- Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through associates.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the at77 platform.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, advantage play exploiting system errors, or any activity that is designed to defraud at77 or other players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any software operating on the at77 platform.
- Using the at77 platform for any money-laundering activity or for any transaction connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
- Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses at77 employees, support agents, or other platform users.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the at77 platform — including but not limited to the at77 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of at77 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in or to at77's intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any at77 content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- at77 provides the platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
- at77's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- at77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or gambling winnings, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if at77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- at77 is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, regulatory interventions, or force majeure events.
11. Suspension & Termination
at77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or other irregular activity.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
- Player-initiated self-exclusion under at77's Responsible Gaming programme.
Upon account closure for breach, at77 may withhold all pending balances pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances on accounts closed for non-breach reasons (e.g., voluntary closure) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after clearance of any outstanding wagering obligations.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which at77 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the at77 platform that cannot be resolved through at77's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body specified in at77's licensing conditions.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from seeking emergency injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect your interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.
For Pakistani players: participation in at77's Services does not confer any additional rights under Pakistani law beyond those applicable under at77's operating licence terms. You participate at your own risk and in compliance with your own applicable local regulations.
13. Changes to These Terms
at77 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, at77 will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Where changes are particularly significant — such as changes to withdrawal conditions or eligibility criteria — at77 will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to registered accounts. Your continued use of the at77 platform after such changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and submit a withdrawal request for any remaining balance.
